One address, four names behind it
The league publishes [email protected] and P.O. Box 118, Carmel, IN 46082 in the footer of every page, alongside its president, vice president, controller and marketing officer by name. A contact form sits on the front page, and tournament inquiries go to the same admin address.
A single institutional address backed by four named officers is a better arrangement than four personal inboxes, and it is what lets a fifty-club league route mail properly. A claimed league on High Cheese keeps that address and gives each officer a role on the page, so a fee question reaches the controller rather than the general inbox.
