What is written down
The published structure is two age divisions, 40+ and 60+, with a Tournament division held in reserve, and a tiebreaker order of percentage, runs against, run differential and runs for. Its Roy Hobbs affiliation supplies the rulebook, the insurance and the tournament access behind it.
No local ground rules, roster limit, bat standard or pitching restriction is published — and a 60+ competition almost always has its own, because it has to. High Cheese keeps a league's own rules beside its schedule, so what differs between a 40+ game and a 60+ game is readable by the men in both.
