One inbox for two divisions
The league directs everybody — information, sign-ups, questions — to a single personal email address published in its season announcement, and points at a Facebook page for Roy Hobbs adult baseball in north Alabama. Its own Contact Info page, built with columns for name, position, telephone and email, carries nothing.
So the man running two age divisions across ten borrowed fields is reachable, and only at his own address, and only if you read the news post. A claimed league on High Cheese keeps a contact per role on the page people already visit for the schedule, so a field question and a registration question do not land in the same place.
