The rules are set; the season is not
The standings page carries selectors for a Default Division, 40+, 60+ and Tournament, plus individual and team leader boards in batting, fielding and pitching. The 40+ table lists all seven clubs at 0-0-0 with no points and no runs against, and publishes its tiebreaker order in full: percentage, then runs against, then run differential, then runs for.
Setting out a four-deep tiebreaker before a game has been recorded is a league that expects the table to be argued over. What it does not have is any way to fill it without somebody typing every result twice. Standings on High Cheese come out of the games themselves and apply a league's own tiebreakers automatically, so the seven zeroes become a race the moment the season starts.
