Named, with the jobs written down
The constitution creates five elected officers — President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer and Commissioner — reaffirmed at the annual meeting, with no club permitted to hold more than one. The current board is published: Nolan Revin as President, Sal Stabile as Vice President, Doug Wilton as Treasurer, Jeremy Marinelli on stats and web, Chris Teliatnik as Umpire in Chief and Scheduler, and the Secretary's post vacant.
The duties are unusually specific. The President chairs every meeting, represents the league to the OBA and TBA, and informs managers and the umpire in chief of any rule change. The Vice President is playoff chairperson and must send the playoff schedule to the website administrator in good time. High Cheese hands those offices real permissions on the league's own page, so a playoff chairperson publishes the bracket himself instead of emailing it to somebody who will.
