Bylaws, and the minutes behind them
The league publishes its 2026 League Rules and Bylaws, and alongside them the minutes of its 2026 Winter, March and April meetings. Its structural rules turn up elsewhere: 35 and over to play, eighteen to twenty regular season games, four divisions assigned geographically, and a postseason split by class.
Publishing minutes as well as rules is something no other league in this directory does, and it is the difference between a rulebook and a record of how the rulebook got that way. High Cheese keeps a league's own rules and documents beside its schedule, so what four divisions agreed at a winter meeting stays where the men affected by it already go.
