Four documents and two forms
The published set is the 2026 League Rules and Bylaws, the Winter, March and April 2026 meeting minutes, a franchise application and a free agent form. No waiver or field agreement renders.
A league that writes down what it decided in March and puts it where its members can read it is running itself properly, and the documents deserve to sit next to the season they govern. High Cheese keeps them beside the schedule and against the rosters, so a bylaw about roster limits is one click from the roster it applies to.
