The league's forms
Every document behind Titans is the Diamond Classics Division's: online forms, handouts and waivers, all under the league's own menu on LeagueLineup.
Nothing in there is specific to Titans. A club with its own paperwork has nowhere to put it.
The paperwork Titans actually hand a player belongs to Titans, and High Cheese is where it lives.
