The rules the Pirates play under
The Pirates play under the Woodland-Davis MSBL rule book.
The Pirates publish nothing of their own: no site, no page, no address.
A rulebook belongs beside the game it governs.
Rules that decide what the Pirates may field belong beside the schedule, and High Cheese puts them on the same page.
