26 points, Class B
The St. Stephen Steves play under Minnesota Baseball Association rules rather than a code of their own. The MBA grades them at 26 classification points, which is Class B.
Population 1, players 21, success 4. The association shows its working, and a club that starts winning moves out of Class B whether it wants the promotion or not.
The criteria that set Saint Stephen at 26 points are three clicks into an association site, which is two more than High Cheese needs.
