The rules the Yardgoats play under
The Yardgoats play under the Tri-Valley Men's Senior Baseball League rule book.
The Yardgoats publish nothing of their own: no site, no page, no address.
The league publishes both by-laws and league rules from its footer, and managers are expected to know and understand the playing rules, the standing rules and the code of conduct.
A club three clicks from the rule book that governs it is a club that argues about it, and a High Cheese page ends the argument.
