How to join the NorCal Tigers
Players do not sign up with NorCal Tigers directly. They register with the Tri-Valley Men's Senior Baseball League, and the league places them or circulates them to managers.
The NorCal Tigers publish nothing of their own: no site, no page, no address.
The e-waiver comes from your manager through the league's own site.
Somebody who wants the NorCal Tigers specifically is depending on a league placing them there, and the High Cheese free agent pool takes that signup straight to the club.
