The rules the Bandits play under
The Bandits play under the Tri-Valley Men's Senior Baseball League rule book.
Everything public about the Bandits is the Tri-Valley Men's Senior Baseball League's.
Technically it allows any non-metal bat that is wood or wood-composite: the handle may be metal or metal composite, but the barrel must be wood or non-metal.
A club three clicks from the rule book that governs it is a club that argues about it, and a High Cheese page ends the argument.
