The paperwork behind the Palm Beach Pirates
The paperwork the Palm Beach Pirates deal with belongs to the South Florida Baseball League: a player registration, a team registration, a team waiver, a rule book and an umpire evaluation form.
The Palm Beach Pirates sit fourth in the 28+ division.
The team waiver is the document a mid-season signing turns on, and the league holds it.
A league's rule book and the forms a club actually hands a new player are different things, and High Cheese holds the second kind.
