How to join the Monarchs
Players do not sign up with Monarchs directly. They register with the MSBL of Southern California, and the league places them or circulates them to managers.
The Monarchs publish nothing of their own: no site, no page, no address.
Our directory holds two Southern California MSBL entries.
A club with no way to be approached directly is invisible to anybody new to California, and a High Cheese page is the address that fixes it.
