Who runs the Angels
The MSBL of Southern California publishes no officers for Angels. Who manages the club is known to its players and to nobody else.
The Angels publish nothing of their own: no site, no page, no address.
Two entries then resolve into either two leagues or one, and a player can tell which.
The person who knows everything about the Angels will stop turning up eventually, and naming the officers on High Cheese takes a minute before that happens.
