The rules the Seals play under
The Seals play under the Santa Barbara Men's Adult Baseball League rule book.
The Seals publish nothing of their own: no site, no page, no address.
A rulebook belongs beside the game it governs.
Rules that decide what the Seals may field belong beside the schedule, and High Cheese puts them on the same page.
