The rules the Riptide play under
The Riptide play under the Santa Barbara Men's Adult Baseball League rule book.
The Riptide play out of Santa Barbara, CA.
The published structural rules are the three divisions -- 18+, 30+ and 45+ -- and the draft procedure that fills them: registration before tryouts, evaluation by teams, selection by need, and an order derived from the previous season's records with runs allowed breaking ties.
A club three clicks from the rule book that governs it is a club that argues about it, and a High Cheese page ends the argument.
