How to join the Monarchs
Players do not sign up with Monarchs directly. They register with the Bay Area Men's Senior Baseball League, and the league places them or circulates them to managers.
The Monarchs are one club of 5 the directory carries for this league with no site of their own.
Behind the tryout sits a full draft system -- applicant eligibility, free agent eligibility, draft eligibility, player eligibility and pool players are five separate numbered rules -- and the league states that failure to extend best effort at a tryout is itself a rule.
A club with no way to be approached directly is invisible to anybody new to California, and a High Cheese page is the address that fixes it.
