The rules the Bay Expos play under
The Bay Expos play under the Bay Area Men's Senior Baseball League rule book.
The Bay Expos play out of San Francisco, CA.
The board and president have authority over every player, team and coach transaction, with a duty to ensure fair competition prevails for the players, the teams and the league as a whole.
A club three clicks from the rule book that governs it is a club that argues about it, and a High Cheese page ends the argument.
