The rules the North County Cardinals play under
The North County Cardinals play under the North County MABL/MSBL rule book.
The North County Cardinals play out of San Diego, CA.
No bat rule, roster limit, game length, courtesy runner or pitching restriction appears publicly -- and a league with a 70-and-over division certainly has accommodations written down for it.
A club three clicks from the rule book that governs it is a club that argues about it, and a High Cheese page ends the argument.
