Two seasons that barely overlap
AAA traditionally starts in the third week of May and ends in the third week of August: Sunday doubleheaders of seven innings, plus a weeknight game about every other week. AA starts a month earlier, in the last week of April, and runs to playoffs in September: nine-inning Sunday singles with a weeknight game every two or three weeks.
So a player in both leagues -- possible, given the age brackets -- is playing three games most Sundays across two different formats.
No fixture list is published on the open web for any of the three competitions.
A High Cheese schedule puts each game, its ground and its format into every player's phone and moves them in place when weather takes a Sunday, which for a man carrying a doubleheader and a single in the same day is worth having.
