The rules the Mariners play under
The Mariners play under the Rochester Baseball League rule book for the AAA division.
The Mariners finished seventh of nine on winning percentage.
Rules run by division, and the division a club is placed in is what decides them.
A rule book read once in April decides 24 games, and High Cheese puts it beside the schedule instead of behind a download.
