The rules the Diamondbacks play under
The Diamondbacks play under the Rochester Baseball League rule book for the AAA division.
A .000 winning percentage is what 24 games produced for the Diamondbacks.
The league grades AAA, AA and A by standard of play rather than by age, so the rules a club plays under follow its level.
A rule book read once in April decides 24 games, and High Cheese puts it beside the schedule instead of behind a download.
