The rules the Mariners play under
The Mariners play under the Pancho Coimbre Baseball League rule book.
The league plays American League rules with its own charter on top, and it has declined the 2023 major league pitch and batter timers, throw-over limits, timeout allowances and larger bases.
Rules that decide what the Mariners may field belong beside the schedule, and High Cheese puts them on the same page.
