The rules the Flatbush Owls play under
The Flatbush Owls play under the Pancho Coimbre Baseball League rule book.
The league plays American League rules with its own charter on top, and it has declined the 2023 major league pitch and batter timers, throw-over limits, timeout allowances and larger bases.
A club three clicks from the rule book that governs it is a club that argues about it, and a High Cheese page ends the argument.
