A physio, which is the right sponsor
The league names one partner on its news page: Makovica Therapy at MD West One, flagged as an OMSBL partner with a link out.
For a league whose youngest pitcher is thirty and whose second division starts at fifty, a therapy practice is not a random advertiser -- it is the business every player in the league will eventually need.
A partner like that should be visible on the page players actually open, which is the fixture list. A High Cheese league page puts a sponsor beside the schedule and the standings rather than in a news post from a previous season.
