41 points, Class A
The Monticello Polecats play under Minnesota Baseball Association rules rather than a code of their own. The MBA grades them at 41 classification points, which is Class A.
The 41 breaks down as 23 for population, 14 for players and 4 for success. Monticello cannot argue with the first number and has some say over the other two.
The criteria that set Monticello at 41 points are three clicks into an association site, which is two more than High Cheese needs.
