Playing under 55+ eligibility
Long Island Expos play under Long Island MSBL/MABL rules rather than any code of their own. The 55+ bracket is an age floor, and it is the rule that decides which clubs this side actually plays.
Bat rules, roster limits and pitching restrictions are the league's to set and are published as handouts.
An eligibility rule that decides who Long Island Expos can field belongs beside the roster, which is where High Cheese puts it.
