Playing under 25+ eligibility
Long Island Blue Jays play under Long Island MSBL/MABL rules rather than any code of their own. The 25+ bracket is an age floor, and it is the rule that decides which clubs this side actually plays.
Age bracket leagues live or die on eligibility enforcement, and the whole structure depends on clubs being honest about it.
An eligibility rule that decides who Long Island Blue Jays can field belongs beside the roster, which is where High Cheese puts it.
