The paperwork behind the Mayport Cruisers
The paperwork Mayport Cruisers deal with belongs to the Jacksonville Men's Adult Baseball League: registration, waivers and whatever the league requires of a club before it plays.
The Mayport Cruisers publish nothing of their own: no site, no page, no address.
Two sections are adopted wholesale from elsewhere: MLB's substitution rule, quoted at length, and the NCAA collision rule, reproduced with all of its approved rulings on flagrant contact, obstruction and when a runner is safe but ejected anyway.
A league's rule book and the forms a club actually hands a new player are different things, and High Cheese holds the second kind.
