The rules the Outlaws play under
The Outlaws play under the Houston Baseball Association rule book.
They are one of forty-one clubs the directory carries for this league.
The recreation divisions take players from eighteen to sixty.
A club three clicks from the rule book that governs it is a club that argues about it, and a High Cheese page ends the argument.
