How to join the Outlaws
Players do not sign up with Outlaws directly. They register with the Houston Baseball Association, and the league places them or circulates them to managers.
The league runs five divisions and places players into them by standard, so which one this club plays in is the first thing worth knowing about it.
Registration runs by season, spring and fall.
A club with no way to be approached directly is invisible to anybody new to Houston, and a High Cheese page is the address that fixes it.
