Assembled on purpose
Teams carry a minimum of twelve and a maximum of fifteen. Individual registrants are placed by the league's organizers specifically to keep the competition balanced, and full sides may register together by contacting the league directly. Requests to play with friends are taken and not guaranteed.
Hand-balancing rosters every spring is real work, and none of the resulting clubs are named anywhere public — the standings table has a Team column that never fills for a plain reader. Rosters on High Cheese update as people sign and follow a player between clubs and seasons, so a league that builds its teams by hand at least gets a page out of each one.
