Three waivers, no exceptions
Every player signs liability, code of conduct and medical release waivers during registration, and the league states plainly that they are required to participate. The rulebook ties the same requirement to its insurance policy: nobody unregistered appears in a batting order.
Naming all three waivers instead of saying a waiver is required is the difference between a league that has read its own policy and one that hasn't. High Cheese keeps a league's documents beside the schedule and against the roster, so a captain can see at a glance which of his fifteen have signed.
