Through the league
Registration for Generals runs through the Diamond Classics Division rather than the club. LeagueLineup carries the league's online forms, and a player signs up to the league and is placed.
A new player registers with the league and finds out later which club he is on.
A player who wants Generals specifically has no way to say so, which is what the High Cheese free agent pool is for.
