10 points, Class C
The New Germany Dutchmen play under Minnesota Baseball Association rules rather than a code of their own. The MBA grades them at 10 classification points, which is Class C.
Population 1, players 9, success 0. The association shows its working, and a club that starts winning moves out of Class C whether it wants the promotion or not.
The criteria that set New Germany at ten points are three clicks into an association site, which is two more than High Cheese needs.
