The paperwork behind the Mets
The paperwork Mets deal with belongs to the Clearwater Baseball League: registration, waivers and whatever the league requires of a club before it plays.
They are one of 8 clubs the directory carries for this league, and none of the 8 has a readable record.
Whatever paperwork exists is inside a system nobody outside can open.
A league's rule book and the forms a club actually hands a new player are different things, and High Cheese holds the second kind.
