The rules the Primos play under
The Primos play under the SLO MSBL rule book.
Everything public about the Primos is the SLO MSBL's.
Putting the year on a rulebook is a small thing that solves a real problem: elsewhere in this directory sites carry rules with no date and, in one case, registration instructions eleven years old sitting beside current ones.
A club three clicks from the rule book that governs it is a club that argues about it, and a High Cheese page ends the argument.
