The rules the Cubs play under
The Cubs play under the Alamo MSBL rule book for the 28+ division.
A 0.615 winning percentage is what thirteen games produced for the Cubs.
The league takes players aged eighteen and over, and splits them into a 28+ and an Open division.
A rule book read once in April decides thirteen games, and High Cheese puts it beside the schedule instead of behind a download.
