Answered on the front page
Ages: six groups, 18+, 30+, 38+, 48+, 58+ and 68+. Bats: wood. Where: the DC metro area, Maryland and Virginia. When: early April to mid-August. Postseason: single elimination for every age group, all teams participate, then a best-of-three championship series.
For anything else the league keeps a FAQ and an Interest Form.
What is not on the front page is the fee, though a Payments section exists.
A High Cheese league page states the fee beside the bracket it buys, on the same page as the registration and the waiting list.
