Published, and dated
The league keeps its League Rules under About, publishes its Digest with a month attached, and runs a Payments section of its own.
No waiver or constitution appears on the public pages.
Dating a newsletter and keeping it as a section rather than sending it and forgetting it is a small discipline that gives a league a paper trail.
Documents belong beside the season they govern. A High Cheese league page keeps the rules and the payment record attached to the year in play.
