Class C baseball in Upsala, Minnesota
The Upsala Blue Jays are an amateur baseball club from Upsala, Minnesota, playing Class C in the Victory C League under the Minnesota Baseball Association. They went 7-9 in 2026 under manager Matt Swanson at the Varsity Field.
The Minnesota Baseball Association lists the ballpark's address as PO Box 128. A post office box, in the field for where the diamond is. Somebody filled in the club's mailing address because that is the address they had, and the association has been serving it as a location ever since.
It is the purest example in this directory of a form asking for one thing and receiving another, and there are a great many of those.
Four classification points is the joint lowest grade the association awards, shared with Atwater, Clinton, Dawson and Ortonville. Upsala is a Morrison County city of about four hundred, named after Uppsala in Sweden with a letter missing.
This is the eleventh Morrison County club in this set.
The association has a post office box in the field where the ballpark should be. High Cheese lets Upsala put its diamond where its diamond goes.
