No board published
The Upsala Blue Jays publish no board, officers or committee. Matt Swanson is named as manager and that is the only role attached to the club.
The Minnesota Baseball Association publishes its own directors and past minutes, but that governs the association rather than anything in Upsala.
When the person who knew everything about Upsala stops turning up, a club needs its officers written down; High Cheese is where.
