The rules the North Stars play under
The North Stars play under the Twin Cities MSBL/MABL rule book.
The North Stars publish nothing of their own: no site, no page, no address.
Minnesota takes amateur baseball more seriously than almost anywhere else in the country -- town ball there has an unbroken century behind it and championship tournaments that draw real crowds.
A club three clicks from the rule book that governs it is a club that argues about it, and a High Cheese page ends the argument.
