The paperwork behind the Rougarou
The paperwork Rougarou deal with belongs to the People's Baseball League: registration, waivers and whatever the league requires of a club before it plays.
The Rougarou scored 119 runs across the season and allowed 62.
The rule book is published as a page and as a downloadable file, with a version number and a date.
A league's rule book and the forms a club actually hands a new player are different things, and High Cheese holds the second kind.
