How to join the Rougarou
Players do not sign up with Rougarou directly. They register with the People's Baseball League, and the league places them or circulates them to managers.
The Rougarou came out of the season +57 on runs.
A player signs a waiver and pays dues through one page.
A club with no way to be approached directly is invisible to anybody new to New Orleans, and a High Cheese page is the address that fixes it.
