Lapsed
syracusemsbl.org does not resolve. There is nothing to load, nothing to refuse and nothing to warn about -- the name has simply stopped being registered to anybody.
A dot-org lapse is usually the quietest way a league disappears. Nobody gets an error they recognise. The link just stops working, and everyone assumes the league folded.
It may well not have. Syracuse has a short, fierce baseball season and a large population of men who played through a New York high school system that takes the sport seriously. New York already carries a dozen leagues in these records with full published seasons.
A High Cheese league page keeps the schedule, the standings and every roster at an address the league owns and does not have to remember to renew, so the difference between a league that stopped playing and a league that stopped paying stays visible to everybody.
