How to join the Pirates
Players do not sign up with Pirates directly. They register with the Southwest Washington Adult Baseball League, and the league places them or circulates them to managers.
The league does not collect fees from individual players. Managers pay the club's balance and collect from their own players.
Somebody who wants the Pirates specifically is depending on a league placing them there, and the High Cheese free agent pool takes that signup straight to the club.
