How to join the Dodgers
Players do not sign up with Dodgers directly. They register with the Southwest Washington Adult Baseball League, and the league places them or circulates them to managers.
The league has rules against a manager collecting more from players than the club owes.
Somebody who wants the Dodgers specifically is depending on a league placing them there, and the High Cheese free agent pool takes that signup straight to the club.
